Idrovo joins Hershey from Dole

The Hershey Company announced October 29, that Javier H Idrovo has been appointed Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, effective November 3.

Idrovo served as President of Dole Packaged Foods where he led its worldwide packaged fruit products business, delivering significant growth in revenue.

In his new role, Idrovo will lead the implementation of Hershey’s strategic plan and will be responsible for long-term strategic planning moving forward, the company said.

Commenting on the appointment, David J West, President and CEO, said: “Javier will ensure that we have the proper resources and alignment to successfully implement our strategy and drive long-term growth.”
