Over the past week a large amount of shares has traded hands and, in our opinion, has clearly been done in an attempt to disrupt the stability of the stock price and gain at the expense of the overall shareholders. ARNH management is aware of 100% of all Free Trading shares available to be sold into the market.&#160; As part of the master plan to get the company on a firm financial footing, ARNH was able to "erase" almost ALL of the outstanding debt against the company by issuing the debt holders either a block of restricted or free trading common shares of the company. &#160;Kathy Roberton CEO said, "Over many months, plans and overall actions were discussed and agreed upon, in a &#039;gentlemanly fashion,&#039; with Note Holders of ARNH that were designed to protect long term both the company and the shareholders." Roberton went on to say, "Upon our detailed investigation beginning last Thursday, we have verified the activity of all issued shares except that of the shares issued to settle previous management debt of Diversity Group International. Several requests have been made to verify the detailed activity of this block of common shares, yet parties have failed to respond. In the absence of any communication, I can only conclude, in my opinion, that this indicates a deliberate and intentional attempt to personally gain at the expense of the shareholders and the company. I am appalled and angered by this action, and our SEC attorney is looking into any possible wrongdoing." &#160;</p>

The competition takes college students out of the classroom and encourages them to apply textbook theories to real engineering processes. </p>

<p>With two days of competition, student teams representing more than 118 colleges and universities, from nine countries converged on the famed Michigan International Speedway (MIS) in <span class="xn-location">Brooklyn, Michigan</span> for the Formula SAE event. </p>

<p>The Formula SAE competition is organized around the concept that a fictional manufacturing company has contracted a design team to develop a small Formula-style race car. The prototype race car is to be evaluated for its potential as a production item. Student teams design, build and test a prototype based on a series of rules whose purpose is both to ensure onsite event operations and promote problem solving.&#160; </p>

New features make the app the first in higher education to enable students to take tests specifically designed for mobile devices and to receive push notifications when important updates or changes happen in their courses.</p>

<p>The app, which has been downloaded on over 3 million devices and accessed more than 60 million times, allows students to take tests through a beautiful interface from their <a href="http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/blackboard-mobile-learn/id376413870?mt=8" target="_blank">iOS</a> and <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.blackboard.android&amp;hl=en" target="_blank">Android</a> devices.&#160; Blackboard Mobile Learn 3.0 also provides a new streamlined test authoring tool, as a Web interface within <i><a href="http://www.blackboard.com/Platforms/Learn/Overview.aspx" target="_blank">Blackboard Learn</a></i>&#8482;, that allows instructors to quickly and easily create mobile-compatible tests that can include multimedia, graphics and images.</p>

<p>As part of the latest release, the app also enables push notifications which help students stay connected to their classes and track coursework without having the application open. Students can set preferences to receive automatic notifications when new grades are posted, when new course announcements are added and when tests are posted.</p>

For example, students begin a mobile test by "cutting" open a red ribbon on a traditional blue book. They can flag a question for later by tapping the corner of the page to create a dog-ear, and they can eliminate options on multiple choice questions with a swipe.</p>

<p>Mobile tests can be set up as in-class quizzes or to complement out of the classroom experiences like field trips or other events, and instructors can even ask students to submit pictures from their devices as part of an answer. Grades are automatically incorporated into the gradebook for a fully-integrated and seamless experience.</p>

<p><span class="xn-location">HARRISBURG, Pa.</span>, <span class="xn-chron">May 16, 2012</span> /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ --&#160;Pennsylvania First Lady <span class="xn-person">Susan Corbett</span> today invited the public to visit the Governor&#039;s Residence in <span class="xn-location">Harrisburg</span> for a new series of summer garden tours called "Second Sundays."&#160; </p>

<p>Each second Sunday from June through September, visitors are invited to explore the Governor&#039;s Residence gardens from <span class="xn-chron">1 p.m. to 4 p.m.</span> Each event will highlight a specific theme and feature outdoor, family-friendly activities.</p>

<p>"Due to the popularity of Arts in the Garden last June, we decided to expand the free, public events at the Governor&#039;s Residence this summer," Mrs. Corbett said. "The governor and I are committed to making the residence more accessible for visitors to enjoy and appreciate."</p>

<p>Through a partnership with the Penn State Extension Master Gardeners of <span class="xn-location">Dauphin County</span>, volunteer master gardeners will offer expertise on horticultural topics and answer visitors&#039; questions.</p>

<p>"We are happy to partner with the Governor&#039;s Residence to educate the community about the latest gardening trends and the importance of horticulture in <span class="xn-location">Pennsylvania</span>," said <span class="xn-person">Anne Hawk</span>, coordinator of the Penn State Extension Master Gardeners of <span class="xn-location">Dauphin County</span>.</p>

<p>Visitors will learn about topics including proper care for roses, how to create a pollinator-friendly garden and the ecological benefits of native plants.</p>

<p>Second Sunday events are free and reservations are not required. No large bags, purses or totes are permitted. Security measures will be in place. </p>
