Singapore's meteoric rise to affluence has triggered a bevy of opulent luxury products. On track to become the world's wealthiest country by 2050 Singapore attracts the world's wealthiest people, and many of them have elite sensibilities and tastes - especially when it comes to cars. In fact, Singapore is home to more Maseratis, Ferraris and Lamborghinis per capita than anywhere else in the world.
However, the options to house supercars in the supercrowded streets of the capital city are miniscule. So one genius apartment complex has found the ultimate way to cater to their VIP residents - by building contraptions that allow owners to house their cars inside their apartment. Hayden Scotts is the 56 unit high-rise building that offers residents 'sky garages' which are accessed through an elevated-parking concept. The process involves transporting cars directly to the owner's home via a private elevator.
