Louis Vuitton has created a new ad campaign that is the collaboration of photographer and director Inez van Lamsweerde and Vondoodh Matadin. The campaign focuses on the art of travel, and marks Vuitton's first TV advertisement.
The video, an "l'invitation au voyage," features scenes from classic Parisian landmark and museum the Louvre - including a shot of the Mona Lisa herself - and a dramatic connection between two young models. 24-year-old American model Arizona Muse carries a Vuitton Speedy bag as she strolls through the Louvre and flies away in a hot air balloon to the despair of her male model counterpart.
Muse has worked with Isabel Marant and Vogue and has been the face of Yves Saint Laurent. She has been on the covers of French, Russian, Australian, Chinese and American Vogue and on the runways of Fendi and Karl Lagerfeld this year.

The video and subsequent photographs released for the campaign have classic Vuitton style in muted blacks and earth tones. This TV spot is the first-ever commercial released by Vuitton through television, print and digital outlets.
