It’s been an eventful season, and not in a good way for the Four Season Resort off the coast of Hawaii – but after the devastating Japanese tsunami and renovations following, the Four Seasons Hualalai has reopened its north shore paradise just in time for summer getaways.
In preparation for its grand reopening, the Four Seasons Hualalai at Ka’upulehu restored its oceanfront paths, reorganized its sandy shores for resort goers and had a pep-talk with its team. For each of its 243 rooms, personalization is key –with private outdoor patios leading straight to the beach and entertaining VIP guests who require 24 hour butler services. For the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Ka'upulehu, offering an esteemed and reinvigorated staff has become the priority.
Despite the worldwide epidemic, the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Historic Ka'upulehu has little to worry about for summer guests, introducing an influx of customers flocking to its $625 - $12,595 a night rooms overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Who wouldn’t want the ocean breeze and shimmering sand at their toes at a time like this? Appealing enough with the beach location alone, the Four Seasons Resort really extends its elite services with the addition of seven pools as well as a spa, sports club, golf course and cultural center.

To escape, there is no better space to head than to the resort’s Makaloa Villa, a completely separate and exclusive getaway on the outskirts of the resort’s acreage that features exquisite views of the Waiakauhi Pond. Named after the makaloa plant, picturesque scenery slides its way into the room décor with original art from Elizabeth Lee and soft colors for the dining room, living space and two extra bedrooms. Featuring an outdoor space including the pool, whirlpool, lawn area and fire pit, complimentary services include in-room massages, tropical floral arrangements, valet marking, reserved pool cabana and amenities from the hotel chef.
In celebration of the reinvigorated hotel, the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is offering two new packages – a sixth night free package, offering a complimentary night in the $626 room, and a Bring a Friend package, where friends of family members of guests receive half off rooms through July 21.
