From the 9.0 earthquake and tsunami disaster that rocked central Japan last Friday, to the nuclear disaster still being battled at the Fukushima Daiichi reactor, Japan is in crisis and needs everyone’s help to recover. By the very nature of its cuisine and founder Matsuhira Nobu’s Japanese roots, employees and executives at Nobu Restaurants have loved ones and cherished patrons alike who reside in Japan and are directly affected by the crisis. With this in mind, the sushi bar and fine dining chain has unveiled a special menu to provide aid to Japan in its time of need.
