When it comes to sound systems, we usually stick to what we know – Bose and Bang & Olufsen aren’t usually easy to beat – but when we saw the futuristic designs from S W Speakers we knew we had found a new love. Delivering great sound and unprecedented technology, S W Speakers are gathering the speed of veteran sound brands.

Don’t be dismayed by the shape of S W Speaker’s Apollo subwoofer – while it resembles popular ‘80s satellite dishes, it’s hardly something you’d point and laugh at. Based originally from a subwoofer, the Apollo mirrors more of what Hollywood would call a spaceship than today’s Dish users, with a carbon fiber body supported in an aluminum stand, and pivotal point for horizontal and vertical adjustment positions ($5,115).

As much as Apollo might resemble something from the past, the Figaro is something far from today’s modern sound system. The standing unit device features a similar set of materials as S W Speaker’s Apollo, with carbon fiber body and aluminum inlays, as well as a 33Hz – 23Hz range and high frequency response mechanism ($6,432).

Created in Sweden in 2007, the S W Speakers were developed as an answer to creating the ultimate loudspeaker cabinet. No, these are the brands your friends might be familiar with – but just look at the shape and design of the thing! You can bet once they hear your tunes blasting through these things, they won’t question your S W Speakers – it’s the thing of the future.
