You already know about the Amazon Kindle Fire – it’s hot, it’s full of great apps and it’s guaranteed to be under the Christmas tree this year….especially now that news has broke that Hulu Plus and ESPN ScoreCenter are now applications that are going to be part of the new reader.

Amazon had already announced Facebook, Netflix, Rhapsody and Zynga would be apps on the Kindle Fire, but with the addition of the male dominated ESPN ScoreCenter, and the video streaming site Hulu Plus, the hot streak of Kindle Fire will continue to flare; particularly as prices drop for the holiday season.

Kindle Fire might succeed due to these highly commercialized tablets, as Barnes & Noble released the Nook Tablet earlier this week with slightly less gusto. The Kindle Fire streaming will likely continue to give the iPad a run for its money, particularly with a price tag of just $199.

Are you a Kindle lover, or will you stick to the iPad?
