Hotel Indigo’s Phuket Naithon Beach Resort boutique hotel will be a low rise development with 120 rooms and 15 villas, offering beach resort luxury alongside the intimate boutique hotel experience. The Phuket hotel will be situated on the northern end of the island on Nai Thon Beach, one of the finest beaches in Phuket and an excellent location for relaxation as well as activities like swimming and diving.
"Nai Thon beach is a beautiful neighbourhood that reflects a different side of Phuket most tourists are not exposed to,” said Jan Smits, Managing Director of IHG Asia Australasia, in the press release. “We have no doubt that Hotel Indigo Phuket Naithon Beach Resort, through its personal service and design influenced by local surroundings, will offer visitors a distinctive resort experience."
Along with the Phuket hotel, Hotel Indigo also has a Thailand boutique hotel underway in metropolitan Bangkok. Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road is slated to open in 2012, while the Phuket hotel is scheduled for 2014.
